Kelly: Clemson, Irish disparity not 'overwhelming'

Notre Dame coach Brian Kelly stressed that "four big plays" were the difference in a 30-3 loss to Clemson and that the Irish's issues Saturday were "technical and tactical," rather than talent-based.
