Trump reverses Obama, keeps Guantanamo open
President Donald Trump announced during the State of the Union addresss that he signed an order to keep open the detention facilities at Guantanamo Bay permitting Secretary of Defense James Mattis to allow the military to pick up alleged international terrorists and send them to the facility.
