Nawaz Sharif

CHISHTIAN: Former Prime Minister and PML-N supreme leader Nawaz Sharif has said that vote would definitely get respect in general election 2018.

Addressing the PML-N workers convention here, he said those, who left PML-N and were thinking their quitting had weakened the party, were at mistake because people would vote for whosoever the PML-N would nominate in next general election.

He appreciated the enthusiasm of people of Chishtian and said that time had come to uphold the sanctity of vote.

Nawaz Sharif said the PML-N government had overcome electricity load shedding, eliminated terrorism, restored peace in the country and launched China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

He said a road from Bahawalpur to Hasilpur had been constructed and now it would be extended from Hasilpur to Chishtian. He further said that with the grace of Allah Almighty, motorway would also pass through Chishtian.

Speaking on the occasion, Maryam Nawaz said the PML-N government has spread road network in Southern Punjab. She said their political opponents had no issue for doing politics in next general election.

She said the PML-N government had added 10,000 MW of electricity in national grid and removed darkness from the country.

She said people could not be hoodwinked by hollow slogans of their political opponents.

She appealed to the people to vote for PML-N in next general election for the progress and prosperity of the country.
