Hyderabad: Supreme Court of India dismissed a petition filed challenging the dissolution of Telangana State Assembly. Supreme Court directed the petitioner to approach Hyderabad High Court.
IT may be mentioned that Mr. K.Ramachandra Rao had filed a petition in the Supreme Court alleging that before the completion of five year term, TS assembly was dissolved.
In its verdict, The Supreme Court said that all the petitions relating to TS Assembly election are being sent to Hyderabad High Court. Hence the petition is dismissed.
