Freshman lawmaker Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., raised a few eyebrows Thursday for surmising that President Donald Trump’s supposed efforts to install a “far right opposition” against Venezuela’s embattled president Nicolas Maduro, will “incite violence and further destabilize the region.
