Jen Psaki, Amanda Carpenter and Perry Bacon debate whether or not Democrats caved to the GOP on the Senate deal to end the shutdown when they accepted a commitment today to extend a funding bill to February 8 without a resolution on immigration and without getting guarantees on some of the key issues they were fighting for.
