Srinagar: President National Conference and MP Dr Farooq Abdullah said the parents of 8-year-old, Asifa Banu (victim of rape and murder from Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir state) should get justice while the perpetrators of crime should get severe punishment. He told this while addressing a function at Khomeini Chowk, Bamna in the outskirts of Srinagar. He said the humanity shivers and every sane person is showing grief and concern over the incident.
