Hyderabad: Telangana Waqf Board has decided to develop Waqf properties at prime spots in the city and construct multi-storied complexes on them. The Board’s sub-committee for development has given approval to it. Formal approval will be taken at the Board meeting on Saturday.
Development Committee has given the approval to develop former Task Force office located at Begumpet and Waqf land at Khairiatabad. Both the lands are in the custody of Waqf Board there is no litigation related to them. By constructing multi-storied building Waqf Board can earn lakhs of rupees monthly.
