Boston Marathon bomber offered to help prosecutors for his life: report

Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev had wanted to plead guilty in a deal with prosecutors that offered his “cooperation” in exchange for life in prison, court documents unsealed Wednesday said.
