Girl, 6, allegedly choked 1-year-old brother after dad left them in car, dad charged: report

A Texas father who allegedly left his two children alone in the car – leading to his 6-year-old daughter strangling her 1-year-old brother with a seatbelt – while he was shopping, was charged Monday with child abandonment, The Houston Chronicle reported.
