Texas' Harris County seeing 'presidential-type' early voter turnout: report

Voters in Harris County, Texas have come out in force during this year’s early voting period, surpassing voter turnout for the entire 2014 midterm election season and positioning the county to see 1 million voters for the first time in a midterm election.
