Dr. J: Simmons 'maybe once-in-a-lifetime type'

Former Sixers great Julius Erving, a Hall of Famer and a two-time NBA MVP, had high praise for 76ers rookie Ben Simmons on Tuesday night, saying he is a "once-in-a-decade, maybe once-in-a-lifetime-type player."
