US government says it will detain migrant children with parents
WASHINGTON: The U.S. government said in a court filing on Friday that it has the right to detain children and parents caught crossing the U.S. border illegally for the duration of their immigration proceedings.
A 1997 court settlement known as the Flores agreement has generally been interpreted to require the Department of Homeland Security to release illegal immigrant children from custody after 20 days.
But Justice Department lawyers said in the filing in U.S. District Court in California on Friday that they now have no choice but to hold children for as long as it takes to resolve their immigration cases, because of a preliminary injunction issued on Tuesday in a separate immigration case.
That case, brought by the American Civil Liberties Union in San Diego, challenged the recent government policy of separating families in order to detain parents for as long as necessary under President Donald Trump’s “zero-tolerance” policy.
Since that policy was implemented in May, families have been routinely separated after apprehension. Some 2,000 separated children are currently under government care.
An executive order issued by Trump this month reversed the policy, and the subsequent injunction in San Diego ordered the government to immediately stop separating parents and children and said families must be reunited in 30 days or less.
To comply with the injunction, the government said Friday it “will not separate families but detain families together during the pendency of immigration proceedings.” Cases can sometimes take months or years to resolve.
Under previous administrations, parents and children were often released to pursue immigration claims at liberty in the United States. Trump has decried that so-called catch-and-release policy and vowed to detain immigration violators.

Nisar picks jeep as election symbol
RAWALPINDI: Disgruntled Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan was allotted the symbol of jeep by the Election Commission of Pakistan on Saturday.
The PML-N stalwart moved an application in the Commission seeking allotment of jeep as a symbol, which was approved.
He is up for two National Assembly seats, NA-56 and NA-63, Rawalpindi and four provincial assembly seats, PP-10, PP-12, PP-19 and PP-20.
The PML-N has fielded Raja Qamar-ul-Islam against Nisar on NA-59 and PP-10, while Mumtaz Khan on NA-63 seat. Faisal Qayyum Malik has been awarded a ticket for PP-12 constituency.
Former premier and PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif reportedly opposed the award of ticket to Nisar after the latter not only refused to appear for an interview before a party’s parliamentary board, but also criticised the process of awarding tickets.
Nisar, who has not been the party leadership’s good books for the past few months, appeared to soften his stance during a presser last week, stating that his remarks against party leaders were misrepresented and taken out of context.
He lashed out at opponents aiming to exploit his estrangement, saying he can never think of harming the party he has stood behind under all circumstances.

Malaysia considers amending human trafficking law after US report
KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s new government said on Saturday it is considering amending laws on human trafficking and migrant smuggling just days after the U.S. State Department reported a lack of progress in the country’s efforts to counter trafficking in the past year.
The Home Ministry said proposals under discussion focused on protecting victims, by giving them more freedom of movement and work, and introducing stiffer penalties for traffickers.
On Thursday, the U.S. State Department released its annual Trafficking In Persons (TIP) report, in which downgraded Malaysia to the Tier 2 Watch List, a category denoting nations that deserve special scrutiny, noting that the Southeast Asian country had failed to demonstrate stronger efforts than the previous year.
The report said victim protection efforts by the government remained largely inadequate and that complicity among law enforcement officials hampered some anti-trafficking efforts.
“The Malaysian government… takes note of the report on human trafficking and is fully committed to eradicating human trafficking crimes,” Home Ministry said in a statement.
A new government, led by Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, was formed last month, as Malaysians voted for change after nearly ten years of being led by Najib Razak’s scandal-tainted administration.
Malaysia has long been known as a destination for trafficking victims, including documented and undocumented workers.
It relies heavily on cheap foreign labor from Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nepal, and the Philippines, among other countries. It has nearly 2 million registered migrant workers, but there are millions more in the country without work permits.

OGRA recommends jacking up POL prices
ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has recommended jacking up prices of petroleum products for the month of July.
As per a summary sent to the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division) for approval by the regulatory authority, an increase of Rs5.40 per litre has been recommended in the price of petrol, Rs6.20 per litre in the price of diesel and Rs12 per litre in kerosene oil price.
If the interim government gives go-ahead to an upward revision of prices of petroleum products, the new price of petrol will be Rs97.36 a litre as against the present Rs91.96 and that of high speed diesel Rs111.51 a litre as against Rs105.31.
The price of kerosene oil will soar to Rs96.34 per litre against the existing Rs84.34.
This will be a second increase in prices of petroleum products in less a month as they were revised on June 13 by the caretaker government to keep up with oil prices in the international market.
The price of petrol was increased by Rs4.26 a litre and the revised price of petrol is Rs91.96 a liter.
The price of high speed diesel was raised by Rs6.55 a litre, while the price of light diesel was also increased by Rs6.14 a litre.

Western route of CPEC to be completed earlier than eastern route: Chinese envoy
ISLAMABAD: Acting Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China, Zhao Lijan has said that under the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), western route of the project would be completed earlier than the eastern route.
Speaking at the National Press Club Islamabad about CPEC Project, the Chinese envoy dispelled rumors about the Western Route and said that western route of CPEC would be completed earlier than the eastern route.
He said work on various project under the CPEC was going with full speed and 22 projects would be completed during the current year while 18 projects would be completed next year.
He said around 70,000 Pakistanis had got employment in these projects.
The Chinese envoy said under the CPEC, the government had plan to complete a total of 200 projects till 2030 which would provide jobs to hundreds of thousands of people.
He expressed the hope that the next government in Pakistan would also continue the pace of progress on CPEC projects.
About Gwadar Port, he said, Gwadar International Airport would be completed in October this year. He said fisheries was an important sector of Gwadar and establishing a re-processing plant at the port Pakistan could further increase its exports.
He invited the overseas Pakistanis to come to their country and invest in Gwadar Port, adding that more than 30 Pakistanis companies had been registered at the Port.
He said the investors were being provided facilities of electricity, gas, water and wifai.
In energy projects under the CPEC, he said, $13 billion were being invested, adding that several energy projects had been completed which had overcome load-shedding problem in Pakistan to a great extent.
Under the CPEC, he said industrial parts would be established in Pakistan.
To a question, he said Pakistani were hard workers and capable people and if they could make an atomic bomb then stabilizing their economy was not a big task for them. He said in the 1970s decade Pakistan’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) was equal to China, adding that today’s success story of China was a result of hard work and dedication of Chinese people.

Shehbaz rues inaction against those involved in rampant corruption
ISLAMABAD: Calling for an impartial accountability, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz President Shehbaz Sharif said elections in such an environment would not enjoy confidence of people.
“There are other people who indulged in rampant corruption during last ten years but no visible action is seen against them,” he said in an interview.
Sharif underlined the need for national dialogue to evolve a new social contract for meeting the challenges being faced by the country.
“I am ready to open this dialogue for a new social contract. Our country needs such a dialogue. Let us forget and forgive and move forward failing which coming generation will not forgive us,” he said in an interview.
“If this country has to move forward, it can only be through a consultation process and not the confrontation. Confrontation is not an option as it will further indulge us in internal issues. We are facing numerous challenges that need collective approach,” he added.
Answering a question about his notion of national government, he said, he did not mean a national government if a hung parliament emerges after general election. “What I mean is, if our party gains simple majority to form the government, I shall take other parties along to evolve national consensus on important issues.”
In this context, he said, Pakistan has problems with India and Afghanistan. It has challenges in economy, debt and energy sector that needs broader consultation and collective wisdom of all the stakeholders.
“If this country has to prosper, then we shall have to move forward with consensus” he added. “We have to unite on major issues and so should be our narrative as this is the only way out to address our issues. There should be some meeting point.”
He claimed to have saved Rs 682 billion in various projects through transparency and taking action against those involved in corruption. To this extent, he mentioned the name of Waseem Ajmal, CEO Saaf Paani project, against whom an FIR was registered by the Punjab Anti-Corruption Department.
Now he is trying to become dear to investigators, framing cases against us. Let the voters decide about future government. Let a free and conducive environment be there for election contenders.”
He questioned as to why those responsible for Nandipur and Chiniot projects and number of other projects were not nabbed.
To a question about Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, he said, he and the party had a long association with Chaudhry Nisar. But, as he had not applied for a ticket his name was not considered by the board. “But, I had persuaded Nawaz Sharif to award ticket to Chaudhry Nisar prior to former’s departure to London. We do not want to prolong bitterness.”
About the health of Kulsoom Nawaz, he said nation should pray for her. “She is also a Pakistani and we should think above the personal interests for welfare of the country.”
Shehbaz Sharif said if there is any proof of corruption against anyone, action should be taken across the board. “But, if we would deal things only from one angle, it would not be good omen for the society.”
About Zaeem Qadri, he said, he is also our long standing companion. He was awarded ticket for provincial assembly, but he opted for a different stance. “But, I shall say no foul words about him. We can again meet sometime.”

China urges world to recognize Pakistan’s sacrifices in war on terror
BEIJING: China has urged the international community to acknowledge the great efforts and sacrifices by the Pakistani government and people in the fight against terrorism.

Militants attack African military base in Mali, six dead
BAMAKO: Militants armed with rockets and explosives raided the headquarters of an African military taskforce in central Mali, leaving at least six people dead on Friday, a spokesman for the force said.
Assailants driving a vehicle rigged with bombs attacked the compound in the town of Sevare as some exchanged gunfire with Malian troops and fought to get in, officials said.
Pictures from the scene showed the charred remains of a vehicle, a crater and the battered walls of the buildings, which are used by the G5 Sahel, a regional force created last year to root out jihadists in West Africa’s semi-arid Sahel region
A spokesman for the G5 force – which is made up of soldiers from Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso, Chad and Mauritania – said two soldiers and four assailants died in the attack.
“The attackers fired rockets at the headquarters and some of them infiltrated the compound. There was an exchange of fire,” defense ministry spokesman Boubacar Diallo told Reuters.
A UN source in Sevare, speaking on condition of anonymity, said that the compound was hit by a car bomb. Gunfire had died down by mid-afternoon, the source added.
Extremism watchdog SITE, which monitors militant activity globally, said Al Qaeda’s branch in Mali had reportedly claimed responsibility for the attack and described it as a suicide bombing.
The attack comes a month before Mali’s presidential election.
Violence by militants has proliferated in the sparsely-populated Sahel in recent years, with groups linked to al Qaeda and Islamic State using central and northern Mali as a launchpad for attacks across the region.
Western powers, including France and the United States, have provided significant funding to the G5 in a bid to beat back the jihadists. But the force has been slow to get off the ground, hobbled by delays disbursing the money and coordinating among the five countries.
The French defense ministry said in a report on Thursday that around 15 assailants were killed when a detachment of its forces, alongside Malian commandos, clashed with a group of around 20 militants on June 22.
It said the clash, which required helicopter support, led to the seizure or destruction of many materials including two pickups and six motorcycles, munitions and heavy and light weapons.
A separate U.N. peacekeeping mission in Mali, MINUSMA, declined to comment on the attack on the G5 compound.

KASHMORE: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) candidate Mir Shabbir Ali Bijarani emerged as the first returned candidate of the 2018 general elections when he was elected unopposed on a provincial assembly seat, PS-6, Kashmore.
The returning officer concerned issued a notification, declaring Mr. Bijarani winner after nomination papers of his only contestant were rejected by an appellate tribunal of the Sindh High Court.
Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA) candidate Pir Abdul Qayyum had filed the papers to contest election against the PPP candidate, who is son of former Sindh minister Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani.
Mr. Bijarani had earlier announced to contest election as independent candidate after developing differences with the PPP whom he accused of trying to oust him from election race by secretly challenging his candidacy.
Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani along with his wife Fariha Razaque was found shot dead at his house in Karachi on February 1.
He was elected in 2013 from PS-16 Jacobabad on a PPP ticket.The veteran politician had served as MPA, MNA and Senator and was affiliated with the PPP since 70s.
He became member of the National Assembly for the first time in 1990 and held the portfolio of Sindh’s Education Minister.

ECP to allot election symbols to candidates today
ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) will allot Saturday (today) election symbols to candidates contesting general elections.
According to the schedule for the polls, the Commission will publish today the final list of election candidates as the process of submission of party affiliation certificates and withdrawal of nomination papers ended yesterday.
A day earlier, the Election Commission extended polling time by one hour for general elections.
The polling will begin at eight in the morning and will continue till 6 pm without any break.
It is said to be first time in the electoral history of the country that the polling time is being extended to ensure maximum turnout of voters.
On June 26, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf had requested the ECP to extend polling time. PTI wanted the time to extended by three hours from 7am to 8pm, instead of years-long practice of polling culmination at 5:00 pm.
PTI chairman Imran Khan had written a letter to secretary ECP requesting for an extension in the polling for elections.
PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry has said polling time should be extended as voter turnout remains low at afternoon because of the searing heat.

نئی دہلی: بھارت میں سوشل میڈیا پر بچوں کے اغوا کے افواہ پھیلنے کے نتیجے میں اب تک 14 افراد قتل ہوچکے ہیں۔
بھارتی میڈیا کے مطابق کئی ریاستوں میں سوشل میڈیا بالخصوص واٹس ایپ پر ایسی ویڈیوز گردش کر رہی ہیں کہ بچوں کو اغوا کرنے والا گروہ بھارت میں سرگرم ہوگیا ہے۔ ان ویڈیوز اور پیغامات کے نتیجے میں بھارت کی 10 ریاستوں میں ایسے درجنوں واقعات پیش آچکے ہیں جن میں مقامی لوگوں نے کسی شخص کو اغوا کار سمجھ کر شدید تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا۔
افواہوں اور جھوٹی خبروں کے نتیجے میں ہجوم کے تشدد سے اب تک 14 افراد ہلاک اور متعدد زخمی ہوچکے ہیں، جو بعدازاں بے گناہ اور بے قصور ثابت ہوئے۔ ان سوشل میڈیا ویڈیوز کی وجہ سے شہریوں میں شدید بے اعتباری اور عدم اعتماد کی کیفیت پائی جاتی ہے جو کسی بھی مشتبہ شخص کو دیکھتے ہی اس کو پکڑ کر مارنا پیٹنا شروع کردیتے ہیں۔
پولیس نے شہریوں سے سوشل میڈیا پر پھیلی ہوئی افواہوں اور ویڈیوز پر کان نہ دھرنے کی اپیل کی ہے۔ تازہ ترین واقعہ ریاستی تری پورہ میں پیش آیا جہاں ہجوم نے ایک شخص کو بچوں کا اغوا کار ہونے کے شبہ میں تشدد کرکے ہلاک کردیا۔ بعدازاں پتہ چلا کہ وہ سرکاری ملازم تھا جسے ریاستی حکومت نے سوشل میڈیا پر جھوٹی افواہوں کے تدارک کی ذمہ داری اور عوام میں شعور و آگاہی اجاگر کرنے کی ذمہ داری سونپی تھی۔
بھارت میں ہجوم کے ہاتھوں تشدد سے ہلاکتوں کی یہ نئی لہر ہے۔ اس سے پہلے مسلمانوں کے خلاف منظم مہم چلی تھی جس کے دوران درجنوں مسلمانوں گائے ذبح کرنے کے شبہ میں تشدد کرکے قتل کردیا گیا تھا۔ یہ کیفیت اور رجحان بھارتی عوام میں عدم برداشت اور سطحی سوچ کی کھلی عکاسی کرتا ہے۔

اسلام آباد: ملک بھر میں عام انتخابات 2018 کے لیے امیدواروں کی حتمی فہرستیں آج ریٹرننگ افسران (آر اوز) اور ڈسٹرکٹ ریٹرننگ افسران (ڈی آر اوز) کے دفاتر میں آویزاں کردی گئی ہیں جب کہ امیدواروں کو انتخابی نشان جاری کرنے کا عمل بھی شروع ہوگیا ہے۔
ایکسپریس نیوز کے مطابق جمعے کو انتخابی شیڈول کے تحت امیدواروں کی جانب سے اپنے کاغذات نامزدگی واپس لینے کا آخری دن تھا جس کے بعد کئی اہم سیاستدانوں سمیت سیکڑوں امیدواروں نے انتخابی عمل سے دستبرداری اختیار کی۔ جس کے بعد ملک بھر میں آج ریٹرننگ افسران (آر اوز) اور ڈسٹرکٹ ریٹرننگ افسران (ڈی آر اوز) کے دفاتر میں امیدواروں کی حتمی فہرستیں آویزاں کردی گئیں ہیں جب کہ امیدواروں کو انتخابی نشانات کی الاٹمنٹ بھی جاری ہے۔ امیدواروں کی حتمی فہرستیں جاری ہونے کے بعد فوج کی نگرانی میں بیلٹ پیپرز کی چھپائی کا عمل شروع ہوگا۔
الیکشن کمیشن کے شیڈول کے مطابق حتمی فہرستیں لگنے اور انتخابی نشانات جاری ہونے کے بعد امیدوار 23 جولائی تک انتخابی مہم چلا سکیں گے اور انہیں 23 اور 24 جولائی کی درمیانی شب (رات 12بجے) ہر صورت انتخابی مہم ختم کرنا ہوگی جب کہ 25 جولائی کو عام انتخابات کے لیے ملک بھر میں صبح 8 بجے سے شام 6 بجے تک پولنگ ہوگی۔

سوشل میڈیا پر دو ویڈیوز وائرل ہورہی ہیں جن میں ایک ویڈیو میں نجی ٹرانسپورٹ کمپنی کا سیکیورٹی گارڈ اپنی کمپنی کی بس ہوسٹس کو دورانِ سفر ہراساں کررہا ہے اور مہوش نامی بس ہوسٹس اسے واشگاف الفاظ میں للکار رہی ہے جبکہ دوسری ویڈیو میں فیصل آباد میں واقع کمپنی کے بس ٹرمینل پر اسی سیکیورٹی گارڈ نے تلخ کلامی کے بعد بس ہوسٹس کو گولی مار کر قتل کر دیا اور خود فرار ہوگیا۔
خواتین کے ساتھ ہونے والا یہ کوئی پہلا واقعہ تو نہیں۔ کبھی غیرت کے نام پر قتل، کبھی رشتہ نہ ہونے پر تیزاب گردی، کبھی چولہے پھٹنے سے جھلس جانا، کبھی جائیداد پر قبضے کی خاطر راستے سے ہٹا دینا؛ اور اس طرح کے بیشمار واقعات ہمارے معاشرے میں عام ہوتے جارہے ہیں۔
المیہ یہ ہے کے مڈل کلاس سے تعلق رکھنے والی، اپنے خاندان کی کفالت کرنے والی بچیاں بھی نام نہاد مردوں کی درندگی سے محفوظ نہیں۔
ایک لمحے کو فرض کیجیے کہ معصوم مہوش کی جگہ ہماری بہن یا بیٹی بھی ہوسکتی ہے۔ یقین کیجیے آپ سے فرض بھی نہیں ہوگا۔ بھلا ہمیں کیا ضرورت ہے کہ ہماری بہن بیٹی یہ گھٹیا کام کرے۔ اگر وہ کوئی جاب کرے گی بھی تو وہ بینکنگ یا ایجوکیشن سے متعلق ہو۔
ایئر ہوسٹس ہو یا بس ہوسٹس، ہراساں کرنے کا عمل دونوں جگہ ہوتا ہے۔ بس مراعات کا فرق ہوتا ہے، عزت اور حقارت کا فرق ہوتا ہے۔
خواتین کو بحیثیت بس ہوسٹس رکھنے کا چلن نجی ٹرانسپورٹ کمپنیوں میں عام ہوتا جارہا ہے۔ بظاہر اس میں کوئی برائی نہیں اور یہ روزگار فراہم کرنے کا معقول ذریعہ بھی ہے۔ سوال صرف اتنا ہے کہ کیا ان بسوں کے ڈرائیور، گارڈ، دیگر عملہ اور سفر کرنے والوں کی اکثریت ان خواتین کو اتنی عزت کا مستحق سمجھتی ہیں جتنی عزت کی وہ اپنی بہن یا بیٹی کےلیے دوسروں سے توقع رکھتے ہیں؟ یقیناً ہرگز ایسا نہیں۔
نام نہاد مردوں کے تخیل میں یہ بات بیٹھ چکی ہے کہ اگر مردوں کے معاشرے میں کوئی عورت اس قسم کی جاب کرے گی تو وہ یقیناً ’’خراب عورت‘‘ ہوگی۔ اسی طرح کے تصورات نرسنگ جیسے مقدس پیشے سے بھی جڑے نظر آئیں گے۔
نئی بات یہ ہوئی ہے کہ پنجاب کے وزیرِاعلیٰ نے بھی اس بیہمانہ قتل کا کا نوٹس لے لیا ہے، وہی نوٹس جو اس سے پہلے خادم اعلیٰ ہر واردات کے بعد لیتے تھے اور نوٹس لیتے ہی سائل کو یقین ہوجاتا تھا کہ اب اس کے مسئلہ کا کوئی حل نکلنے کی رہی سہی امید بھی ختم ہوگئی ہے۔
نگران حکومت کی بنیادی ذمّہ داری تو منصفانہ الیکشن کا انعقاد کروانا ہے مگر ڈاکٹر حسن عسکری جیسی باشعور اور علم دوست شخصیت سے اس بات کی امید کی جاسکتی ہی کہ کم از کم خواتین کے ساتھ پیش آنے والے اس طرح کے واقعات کی بیخ کنی کےلیے اپنا بھرپور کردار ادا کریں گے۔
کیا کبھی ہم نے غور کیا ہے کہ بحیثیت معاشرے کے ذمّہ دار شہری ہمارا کردار کیا ہونا چاہیے؟
محلے کی سطح پر ایسی اجتماعیت کو فروغ دینے کی ضرورت ہے جس میں خواتین کو ایسے کاموں کی طرف راغب کیا جائے جس میں وہ نام نہاد مردوں سے محفوظ رہیں۔ بیوٹی پارلر، ووکیشنل سینٹر، لیڈیز ڈرائیونگ اسکول، ڈے کیئر سینٹر اور ایسے کام جہاں ان کا زیادہ واسطہ خواتین تک ہی محدود رہے۔
حکومتیں اس سلسلے میں زیادہ مؤثر کردار ادا کر سکتی ہیں مگر بدقسمتی سے حکمرانوں کی ترجیح عوام کبھی نہیں رہے۔ ویسے بھی ان کے نزدیک عوام وہ حیاتیاتی جانور ہے جو پانچ سال بعد ووٹ دے کر ان کی سیاسی زندگی کو دوام بخشنے کے کام آتا ہے۔
جیوڈیشل ایکٹوازم کا بھی چرچا ہے، میڈیا کا دور ہے۔ ممکن ہے چیف جسٹس صاحب اس کیس کا بھی نوٹس لے لیں۔ نتائج کیا نکلیں گے؟ کچھ نہیں کہا جاسکتا۔ کیونکہ ان کا کام نوٹس لینا ہے، انتظامی امور ان کے پاس نہیں اور انتظامیہ کی بھی اولین ترجیح بروقت انتخابات ہی کروانا ہے۔
چھوٹے موٹے واقعات ہوتے رہتے ہیں۔ اگر کہیں کوئی عورت کسی حادثے کا شکار ہو بھی جائے تو کیا فرق پڑتا ہے۔ بس جمہوریت کی گاڑی نہیں رکنی چاہیے، نہیں تو عالمی دنیا ہمیں پتھروں کے زمانے میں بھیج دے گی۔
ویسے سنا ہے کہ پتھروں کے دور میں بھی بنت حوا کو اسی طرح بات بے بات مار دیتے تھے کہ کون پوچھے گا۔ بقول فیض صاحب:
کہیں نہیں ہے، کہیں بھی نہیں لہو کا سراغ
نہ دست و ناخنِ قاتل نہ آستیں پہ نشاں
نہ سرخیِ لبِ خنجر، نہ رنگِ نوکِ سناں
نہ خاک پر کوئی دھبہ نہ بام پر کوئی داغ
کہیں نہیں ہے، کہیں بھی نہیں لہو کا سراغ
نہ صرف خدمتِ شاہاں کہ خوں بہا دیتے
نہ دیں کی نذر کہ بیعانۂ جزا دیتے
نہ رزم گاہ میں برسا کہ معتبر ہوتا
کسی عَلم پہ رقم ہو کے مشتہر ہوتا
پکارتا رہا بے آسرا یتیم لہو
کسی کو بہرِ سماعت نہ وقت تھا نہ دماغ
نہ مدعی نہ شہادت، حساب پاک ہوا
یہ خونِ خاک نشیناں تھا رزقِ خاک ہوا

لسبیلہ سے آگے۔۔۔
بلوچستان وہ صوبہ ہے جو اپنی پسماندگی اور عوام کے احساسِ محرومی کے حوالے سے ملک کے اعلیٰ ایوانوں اور قومی سیاست میں زیرِ بحث رہتا ہے، مگر اس سے ہٹ کر دیکھا جائے تو یہی صوبہ اپنے دل فریب اور پُرکشش قدرتی مناظر اور تاریخی مقامات کے لیے بھی شہرت رکھتا ہے۔
بلوچستان میں متعدد تفریح گاہیں ہیں جو سیاحوں کو اپنی جانب کھینچتی ہیں، ان میں اپنی آب و ہوا کے لیے مشہور علاقہ زیارت، درون نیشنل پارک، ہزار گنجی، چلتن نیشنل پارک، قدرتی حُسن سے مالا مال ہر بوئی جنگلات، ہنگول نیشنل پارک وغیرہ قابلِ ذکر ہیں۔ آج ہم چمن زار کے قارئین سے درون نیشنل پارک کے بارے میں معلومات شیئر کریں گے۔ لسبیلہ کے نام سے کون واقف نہیں۔ اسی شہر کے مغرب میں 115کلومیٹر کے فاصلے پر یہ علاقہ نیشنل پارک کی حیثیت سے پہچانا جاتا ہے۔
اس نیشنل پارک کی سب سے اونچی چوٹی کا نام ’’سرکوہ‘‘ ہے، جس کی بلندی 5185 فٹ ہے۔ اسی چوٹی پر کسی زمانے میں ایک اونچا ٹاور بنایا گیا تھا جس پر کھڑے ہو کر لسبیلہ اور کراچی کا کچھ علاقہ بھی دیکھا جاسکتا ہے۔ یہ ٹاور اب خستہ حال ہو چکا ہے۔ 1988ء میں درون کے 167,700ایکڑ رقبے کو حکومتِ بلوچستان نے نیشنل پارک کی حیثیت دے دی تھی۔ یہاں قدرتی مناظر کے علاوہ مختلف حیوانات اور نباتات کی مختلف اقسام کو پروان چڑھایا گیا جو اس پارک کا حسن بڑھاتے ہیں۔
درون نیشنل پارک میں عام جانور جیسے پہاڑی بکرے، خرگوش، جنگلی بلیاں وغیرہ دیکھی جاسکتی ہیں، اسی طرح چنکارہ ہرن، مور، چیتے، بھڑیے، چیتا بلی، لومڑی، گیڈر، اڑیال بھی پھرتے نظر آتے ہیں۔ درختوں پر پرندوں میں عام پرندے خوب صورت کبوتر، چڑیا، توتے کے علاوہ تیتر، سیسی، کوہی جیسے پرندے بھی ملتے ہیں۔ اسی طرح اژدھے، زہریلے سانپ اور دیگر موذی حشرات بھی اس پارک میں دیکھے جاسکتے ہیں۔ یہاں مختلف چشموں میں آبی نباتات کے علاوہ مچھلی و دیگر جاندار بھی پائے جاتے ہیں۔
درون نیشنل پارک سے دل چسپ قصے اور مختلف پُراسرار واقعات بھی منسوب ہیں جسے مقامی لوگ یہاں آنے والے سیاحوں کو سناتے ہیں اور یوں ان کی دل چسپی اور توجہ حاصل کرتے ہیں۔ ضرورت اس بات کی ہے کہ ایسے پُرفضا مقام اور جنگلی حیات کی پناہ گاہ کی مناسب اور باقاعدہ دیکھ بھال کی جائے جب کہ حکومت اور متعلقہ ادارہ اسے ایک تفریحی مقام کے طور پر متعارف کروانے کی کوشش کرے۔

دلّی کے ہر گھر میں ڈیوڑھی کے ساتھ دیوان خانہ یا بیٹھک ہوتی تھی شام پڑے احباب یہاں جمع ہوتے اور دیر تک باتیں کیا کرتے تھے۔ باہر والوں کو جب دلی والوں پر تنقید کرنا مقصود ہوتی ہے تو ناک چڑھاکر کہتے ہیں میاں انھیں مرچیں کھانے اور باتیں بنانے کے علاوہ آتا ہی کیا ہے۔ چلیے اگر ہم صرف اتنا ہی مان لیں تو بھی یہ ہنر کیا کم ہیں۔ مرچ مسالوں سے وہ چٹ پٹی چیزیں ایجاد کی ہیں کہ ان کا ذکر کیجیے تو منہ میں پانی آتا ہے۔
باہر والے الوداع کی نماز پڑھنے دلی آتے ہیں تو سیکڑوں روپے چاٹ جاتے ہیں۔ ایک نہاری کو ہی لے لیجیے جس کے منہ لگتی ہے پھر نہیں چھوٹتی۔ بامن کی لڑکی کھائے تو کلمہ پڑھنے کو تیار ہوجائے، خدا غریق رحمت کرے چچا کبابی کو، جامع مسجد کی سیڑھیوں کے نیچے شمالی دروازے کی جانب بیٹھتے تھے۔ ان کا کہنا یہ تھا کہ ان کے پاس وہ مسالے ہیں کہ کھڑے بجار پر لتھیڑ دیں تو گل کے گر پڑے۔ یہ تو رہی مرچیں کھانے کی بات۔ اب ذرا باتیں بنانے کا بھی ذکر ہو جائے۔ کون ہے جو ان کے سامنے زباں دانی کا دعویٰ کرے اور خجالت سے پانی نہ بھرے۔ جن بزرگوں نے کل تک شاہد احمد دہلوی، ملا واحدی، مرزا محمود بیگ، اشرف صبوحی اور خواجہ محمد شفیع کی باتیں سنی ہیں وہ آج تک ان باتوں کا مزا لیتے ہیں۔ خدا کرے ان بزرگوں کی روح نہ شرمائے، گالیاں دیتے تھے تو سننے والوں کو جھاڑی بوٹی کے بیروں کا مزا آتا تھا۔
ڈاکٹر فیلن جس کی انگریزی اردو ڈکشنری مشہور ہے۔ اس گھمنڈ میں تھے کہ انھیں اہل زبان سے کہیں زیادہ اردو آگئی ہے۔ سید احمد دہلوی فرہنگ آصفیہ والوں نے صاحب کو بتایاکہ دلی کے شرفا کا تو ذکر ہی کیا آپ چھوٹی امت جتنی بھی اردو نہیں جانتے۔ فیلن صاحب ان کی یہ بات سن کر سرخ ہوگئے۔ ایک مہترانی اپنا ٹھیکرا اٹھائے سامنے سے گزری۔ سید صاحب نے کہا، ’’ذرا اسی سے بات کرلیجیے، ہاتھ گنگن کو آر سی کیا ہے۔ صاحب نے کہا تو سید صاحب نے مہترانی کو آواز دی۔ ’’اے بوا ذرا یہاں آنا، صاحب تم سے بات کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔‘‘
مہترانی نے آکر کہا، ’’فرمائیے کیا بات کرنی ہے۔‘‘ صاحب نے کہا، ’’تم ہم سے کچھ پوچھو۔‘‘ وہ سٹپٹائی کہ یہ گورا آخر چاہتا کیا ہے۔ کہیں سٹھیا تو نہیں گیا۔ سید صاحب نے کہا ،’’تم ان سے کسی محاورے کے معنی پوچھو۔‘‘ مہترانی نے کہا ’’اچھا تو میں اس ٹوکرے کو لپک کر ڈلاؤ پر ڈال آؤں پھر پوچھوںگی۔‘‘ صاحب بغلیں جھانکتے رہ جائیںگے۔‘‘ ڈاکٹر فیلن کے کان کھڑے ہوئے کہ مہترانی ایک ہی فقرے میں دو باتیں ایسی کہہ گئی جو مجھے معلوم نہیں ہیں۔ مولوی صاحب سے پوچھا ڈلاؤ کسے کہتے ہیں اور بغلیں جھانکنا کیا ہوتا ہے۔ اتنے میں مہترانی واپس آگئی۔ بولی، ہاں صاحب بہادر بتاؤ، ’’ اگن کے بچے کھجوروں میں‘‘ کا کیا مطلب ہے۔ ’’صاحب واقعی بغلیں جھانکنے لگے۔ مہترانی نے کہا، ’’بس ہوگئی ترکی تمام، پھٹے سے منہ۔
صاحب کا سارا علم دھرا کا دھرا رہ گیا۔ اپنا سا منہ لے کر رہ گئے۔

کراچی: سندھ ہائی کورٹ نے نقیب اللہ قتل کیس میں ملوث مرکزی ملزم سابق ایس ایس پی راؤ انوار کے گھر کو سب جیل قرار دینے سے متعلق دائر درخواست پر جیل حکام کو تفصیلی رپورٹ پیر تک پیش کرنے کا حکم دیا ہےجب کہ عدالت نے راؤ انوار کے وکیل کے عدم حاضری پر برہمی کااظہارکرتے ہوئے 2 جولائی کو ہر صورت میں پیش ہونے کا حکم دے دیا۔
سابق ایس ایس پی راؤ انوار کے گھر کو سب جیل قرار دینے کے خلاف درخواست کی سماعت سندھ ہائی کورٹ میں ہوئی سابق ایس ایس پی ملیر راؤ انوار کے گھر کو سب جیل قرار دینے پر عدالت نے اظہار برہمی کرتے ہوئے کہا سب جانتے ہیں راؤ انوار کو کیوں پروٹوکول دیا جارہا ہے، کس قانون کے تحت راؤ انوار کو اپنے گھر میں رکھا گیا ہے سرکاری وکیل نے عدالت میں بتایا کہ راؤ انوار کی جان کو کالعدم تنظیموں سے خطرہ ہے، عدالت نے ریمارکس دیتے ہوئے کہا راؤ انوار کی جان کو خطرہ ہے تو کہیں درخواست دائر کی تھی راؤ انوار ایک دن بھی جیل گیا ہی نہیں خطرہ کیسا؟ ہمیں نہ سکھایا جائے، راؤ انوار کو جیل منتقل کیا جائے ورنہ سب جیل قرار دینے کا نوٹی فیکیشن معطل کردیں گے آج تک کسی اور ملزم کو راؤ انوار کی طرح سہولیات اور پروٹوکول دیا گیا ہے؟، نقیب اللہ قتل کیس انتہائی ہائی پروفائل ہے اسے ہلکا نہ لیا جائے۔
راؤ انوار کے وکیل عابدایس زبیری کی عدم حاضری پر عدالت نے اظہار برہمی کرتے ہوئے کہا آئندہ سماعت پر راؤ انوار کا وکیل پیش نہ ہوا تو حکم نامہ جاری کردیں گے، عدالت نے وکلا کو ہر صورت میں 2 جولائی کو پیش ہونے کا حکم دیتے ہوئے سماعت ملتوی کردی، سندھ ہائیکورٹ کے باہر سماعت کے بعد نقیب کے اہل خانہ اور جرگہ عمائدین نے احتجاجی مظاہرہ کیا مظاہرین نے پلے کارڈز اٹھا رکھے تھے اور راؤ انوار کے خلاف نعرے بازی کر رہے تھے کہ سیکڑوں بے گناہ شہریوں کے قاتل کو وی آئی پی پروٹوکول دیا گیا ہے گھر کو ہی سب جیل بنادیا گیا ہے مظاہرین نے مطا لبہ کیا کہ راؤ انوار کو سب جیل سے سینٹرل جیل منتقل کیا جائے۔

زمین کی غیر قانونی فروخت کی تحقیقات پر کے ڈی اے افسران میں کھلبلی
کراچی: کراچی کے اربوں روپے مالیت کے پلاٹوں کی مبینہ طور پر قواعد وضوابط سے ہٹ کر فروخت کر نے والے کے ڈی اے افسران کیخلاف نیب کا شکنجہ سخت ہوتے ہی افسران میں زبردست کھلبلی مچ گئی بوگس نیلامی کے پلاٹس کے چالان اور ڈیٹا انٹری کرنے والے افسران سمیت دیگر نے اپنے عہدوں سے راہ فرار اختیار کرنا شروع کردی۔
سینئر ڈائریکٹر آئی ٹی محمد کمال نے چھٹی پر جانے کی درخواست دے ڈالی جبکہ حیران کن طور پر محکمہ آئی ٹی میں موجود اپنے سب سے قریبی ایڈ یشنل ڈائریکٹر ایس ایم سہیل کا محمد کمال نے خود ہی تبادلہ کرکے ادارے کے افسران کو حیران کردیا ہے ،ادارے کے ذمہ دار ذرائع نے انکشاف کیا ہے کہ سابق ڈی جی ناصر عباس کے دور میں مبینہ طو ر بے قاعدگیوں کے ذریعے اربوں مالیت کے پلاٹوں میں محکمہ آئی ٹی کے افسران نے بھی اہم کردار ادا کیا ہے ،ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ نیب نے محکمہ آئی ٹی سے جاری ہونے والے چالان اور انٹریوں کی تفصیلات مانگ لی ہیں جس پر مذکورہ افسران میں زبردست کھلبلی مچی ہوئی ہے۔
گذشتہ روز کے ڈی اے میں غیر قانونی طور پر تعینات ایڈیشنل ڈائریکٹر لینڈ محمد کامران کو نیب نے حراست میں لے لیا تھا جبکہ سابق ڈی جی ناصر عباس کو پلاٹوں کی بندر بانٹ میں سہولت فراہم کرنے والے دیگر افسران کیخلاف بھی نیب کا شکنجہ سخت ہوگیا ہے۔ محکمہ آئی ٹی میں تعینات سینئر ڈائریکٹر محمد کمال کے حوالے سے کے ڈی اے کے ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ تحقیقات شروع ہوتے ہی انہوں نے چھٹیوں پر جانے کی درخواست کردی ہے اور اپنے سب سے قریبی ایڈیشنل ڈائریکٹر آئی ٹی ایس ایم سہیل جو کہ گریڈ18کے افسر ہیں ان کا بھی محکمے سے تبادلہ کردیا ہے۔
واضح رہے کہ 18گریڈ کے افسر کے تبادلے کا اختیار ڈائریکٹر جنرل کے ڈی اے اور سیکریٹری کے پاس ہے لیکن محمد کمال نے اپنے دستخطوں سے ایس ایم سہیل کا تبادلہ کیا ہے جسے افسران غیر قانونی قرار دے رہے ہیں، ذرائع کا مزید کہنا ہے کہ نیب کی جانب سے دیگر اداروں سے کے ڈی اے میں آنے والے افسران کو واپس نہ بھیجے جانے پر بھی تحقیقات کی جارہی ہے۔

کراچی میں ہلکی بارش سے گرمی بڑھ گئی، آج بھی برسات کی پیش گوئی
کراچی: محکمہ موسمیات کی جانب سے جمعرات اور جمعہ کو گرج چمک کے ساتھ بارش کی پیش گوئی بوندا باندی اور ہلکی بارش پر مکمل ہوگئی۔
کراچی کے کئی علاقوں میں جمعرات سے بونداباندی اور ہلکی بارش جاری تھی جبکہ شدید حبس اور گرمی سے شہریوں کا برا حال تھا، جمعہ کو شہر کا درجہ حرارت 37.8 ڈگری رہا اور شدید حبس کے باعث ہوا بھی بند رہی جس کے باعث گھروں سے کام کاج کے لیے نکلنے والے اور نماز جمعہ پڑھ کر نکلنے والے شہری پسینے سے شرابور ہوگئے، جمعہ کو شہر کا مطلع مکمل طور پرابر آلود رہا ، جمعرات اور جمعہ کو مون سون کی پہلی بارش کے دوران لانڈھی اور جناح ٹرمینل پر 2 ملی میٹر بارش ریکارڈ کی گئی۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق مون سون کی کم شدت بارشیں ریکارڈ ہونے کی وجہ سے شہر کا درجہ حرارت پھر بڑھ گیا جمعہ کو پارہ 37.8ڈگری ریکارڈ کیا گیا، محکمہ موسمیات کی جانب سے (آج ) ہفتے تک مزید ہلکی بارش کی پیش گوئی برقرار ہے، محکمہ موسمیات کراچی کے مطابق جمعرات کو شہر کے مختلف علاقوں میں شروع ہونے والی بونداباندی اور ہلکی بارش کا تسلسل جمعے کو بھی بلدیہ اور شیرشاہ سمیت چند علاقوں میں بونداباندی اور ہلکی بارش کی شکل میں جاری رہا جبکہ (جمعے) کو شہر کا مطلع مکمل آبر آلود رہا بارشوں کے موجودہ موسمی نظام (سسٹم) کے تحت کم شدت کی بارشیں ہونے کی وجہ سے شہر کے درجہ حرارت میں گزشتہ روز کے مقابلے میں 5 ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ اضافہ رہا محکمہ موسمیا ت کی جانب سے(آج) ہفتے تک بارشوں ہونے کی پیش گوئی برقرار ہے۔
جمعرات اور جمعے کے درمیان ہونے والی مون سون کی پہلی بارش کے دوران شہر قائد کے علاقوں لانڈھی اور جناح ٹرمینل پر 2 ملی میٹر جبکہ اندورن سندھ کے ڈھاہلی میں80،چھور 44،چھاچھرو 40،مٹھی 33،ڈیپلو 24،بدین 7اور کلوہی میں4 ملی میٹر بارشیں ریکارڈ کی گئی۔

کسٹمز کی کارروائی، لیاری کے گودام سے 74 لاکھ روپے کی 30 ٹن اسمگل شدہ چھالیہ برآمد
کراچی: پاکستان کسٹمزپریونٹیو کی اینٹی اسمگلنگ آرگنائزیشن نے انسداد اسمگلنگ مہم کے تحت جمعہ کو لیاری میں کارروائی کے دوران 74 لاکھ روپے سے زائد مالیت کی 30 ٹن سے زائداسمگل شدہ چھالیہ ضبط کرلی۔
30 ٹن سے زائد چھالیہ کوئٹہ سے مختلف گاڑیوں کے ذریعے اسمگل کرکے کراچی لائی گئی تھی، کراچی کے مختلف بیوپاریوں کوفروخت کرنے کی غرض سے لیاری میں واقع گودام میں ذخیرہ کی گئی تھی، ذرائع نے بتایا کہ کسٹمز کوموصول ہونے والی خفیہ اطلاع پرڈپٹی کلکٹر کسٹمزپریونٹیو(اے ایس او)محمد فیصل نے چھاپہ مار ٹیم تشکیل دی۔
جس نے جمعہ کو لیاری کے رہائشی علاقے میں چھپائی جانے والی اسمگل شدہ چھالیہ کی 607 بوریاں ضبط کرلیں تاہم گودام میں کوئی موجود نہیں تھا جس پر کوئی گرفتاری عمل میں نہیں لائی گئی، کسٹمزحکام نے چھالیہ کی اسمگلنگ میں ملوث افراد کے خلاف مقدمہ درج کرکے تفتیش کا دائرہ کار وسیع کردیا، کوشش کی جارہی ہے کہ کوئٹہ سے کراچی چھالیہ کی منظم انداز میں اسمگلنگ کرنیوالے گروہوں کا قلع قمع کیا جاسکے۔

آٹو سیکٹر میں 10 کروڑ ڈالر کی سرمایہ کاری کے معاہدے پر دستخط
کراچی: چین کی گاڑیاں بنانے والی بڑی کمپنی چینگن آٹوموبائل اور ماسٹر موٹرز کے درمیان جوائنٹ وینچر کے لیے معاہدے پر دستخط کردیے گئے جس کے تحت پاکستانی آٹو صنعت میں 10 کروڑ ڈالر کی سرمایہ کاری کی جائے گی جو چین کی بڑی سرمایہ کاری ہے۔
واضح رہے کہ یہ نئی آٹو پالیسی2016-21 کے تحت پہلی سرمایہ کاری ہوگی۔ چینگن آٹو موبائل کے اسسٹنٹ صدر اور جنرل منیجر اوورسیز بزنس ڈیولپمنٹ ڈپارٹمنٹ وینگ ہوآن رن اور چیئرمین ماسٹر موٹرز لمیٹڈ ندیم ملک نے معاہدے پر دستخط کردیے تاکہ وہ اپنے وسائل اور مہارتوں کو یکجا کرتے ہوئے 2025 تک پاکستان کی بڑی کار ساز کمپنی بننے کا مقصد حاصل کرسکیں۔ وینگ ہوآنرن نے کہا کہ ہم پاکستانی مارکیٹ میں موجود مواقع سے فائدہ اٹھانے کے لیے انتہائی پرامید ہیں اور ساتھ ہی برآمدات کے مواقع کے لیے بھی پرجوش ہیں۔ چینگن نے پاکستان کو رائٹ ہینڈ ڈرائیو (آر ایچ ڈی) گاڑیوں کی برآمد کرنے کے لیے مرکز بنانے کی غرض سے منتخب کیا ہے تاکہ ان گاڑیوں کو آر ایچ ڈی والے ملکوں کو برآمد کیا جاسکے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ چینگن کی تیار کردہ گاڑیاں گزشتہ 10برسوں سے چین میں سب سے زیادہ فروخت ہونے والی گاڑیاں ہیں، ان کی تعداد سالانہ 28 لاکھ 70 ہزار ہے، ان میں عالمی معیار کی مختلف نوعیت کی ایل سی وی، ایس یو پی، ایم پی وی اور پسنجر گاڑیاں شامل ہیں، یہ گاڑیاں مختلف کمپنیوں کے ساتھ مشترکہ طور پر تیار کی جاتی ہیں جن میں سوزوکی، فورڈ، پی ایس اے، مزدا، بوش، آئیسن اور شیفلر شامل ہیں۔ چینگن عالمی معیار کی گاڑیاں تیار کررہی ہے۔
ان میں حفاظت، تحقیق اور ترقی پر خاص توجہ دی جاتی ہے، گزشتہ 10برسوں سے مسلسل چینگن ریسرچ اینڈ ڈیولپمنٹ کے شعبے میں نمبر 1 کمپنی ہے اور کمپنی کے 9 آر اینڈ ڈی سینٹر چین، اٹلی، جاپان، برطانیہ اور امریکا میں ہیں، اس کے علاوہ چینگن کا انٹرنیٹ خدمات فراہم کرنے والی کمپنی ٹینسینٹ کے ساتھ بھی کاروباری اشتراک عمل ہے تاکہ ’انٹرنیٹ آف وہیکل (آئی او وی) کو ترقی دی جاسکے، یہ پہلی کمپنی ہے جس نے چین میں بڑے پیمانے پر اوآٹونامس لیول 2 ٹیکنالوجی کاروں میں پیش کی ہے۔ چیئرمین ماسٹر موٹرز لمیٹڈ ندیم ملک نے کہا کہ ماسٹر گروپ گزشتہ 2دہائیوں سے آٹو صنعت میں کام کررہا ہے اور ٹرک اور بسیں تیار کررہا ہے اور اب تک 17 ہزار سے زائد گاڑیاں پاکستان میں فروخت کی جاچکی ہیں۔ پاکستان میں 1000 افراد کے لیے 18 گاڑیوں کا تناسب ہے اور اس حوالے سے پاکستان دنیا میں 160 ویں پوزیشن پر ہے۔
پاکستان میں آٹو صنعت کے لیے بڑے مواقع موجود ہیں اور ہم چینگن کے ساتھ مل کر جدید ٹیکنالوجی اور مناسب قیمت صارفین کو پیش کرکے ان مواقع سے فائدہ اٹھا سکتے ہیں تاکہ صارفین کو قیمت کا بہترین نعم البدل مہیا کیا جاسکے۔ چیف ایگزیکٹو آفیسر ماسٹر موٹرز لمیٹڈ دانیال ملک نے کہا کہ ہم ہر طرح کی مارکیٹ کو بہترین گاڑیاں جدید ٹیکنالوجی کے ساتھ فراہم کرنا چاہتے ہیں اور ان میں ہمارا زور ایس یو ویز، ایم پی ویز اور ایل سی ویز گاڑیوں کے ساتھ پسنجر اور الیکٹرک گاڑیوں پر بھی ہوگا، چینگن کے ساتھ اس کاروباری اشتراک سے ہزاروں افراد کو روزگار کے مواقع حاصل ہوں گے جبکہ ٹرانسفر آف ٹیکنالوجی کے ذریعے لوکلائزیشن سے پاکستان کی وینڈر انڈسٹری بھی مزید فروغ پائے گی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ ہمارا پلانٹ کراچی میں قائم کیا جا رہا ہے جو دسمبر 2018 میں پیداوار شروع کردے گا، اس پلانٹ کی گنجائش 30 ہزار یونٹ 2 شفٹوں میں ہے، ہم شروع میں سال میں چند ہزار گاڑیاں تیار کریں گے اور پھر تین برسوں میں پوری پیداواری صلاحیت اور گنجائش کے مطابق گاڑیاں تیار کی جائیں گی، ہم اپنے صارفین کو بہترین خدمات فراہم کرنے کیلیے ڈیلر نیٹ ورک قائم کرنے کے لیے کام کررہے ہیں تاکہ گاڑیوں کے پرزہ جات اور دیگر خدمات کو یقینی بنایا جاسکے جو تمام بڑے شہروں میں موجود ہوگا۔ انہوں نے اس موقع پر ڈیلروں کو مدعو کیا تاکہ چینگن برانڈ کو بڑھایا جا سکے اور صارفین کو عالمی معیار کی خدمات اور سہولت فراہم کی جا سکیں۔
