Four arrested over planning terror attacks in Kosovo

Police in Kosovo and Germany on Friday, in simultaneous raids, arrested four Kosovans suspected of plotting terrorist attacks in the Balkan country, officials said. It was not immediately clear whether the three suspects arrested in Kosovo and the fourth in Germany were linked with any Islamist group, a prosecutor in charge of the case said....
